The certification of auditors facilitates the harmonization of the competences and audit methodologies for internal needs, assessment of suppliers or third party audits implementation. It enables the auditor to validate his knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and audit management, and get an internationally recognized certificate.

    For successful completion of this course, it is recommended that you have prior knowledge of the following quality management principles and concepts: • Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle • The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction • HLS requirements • Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. These prior knowledge requirements can be easily gained by attending our Foundation course in ISO 9001/Quality Management Systems

Role Playing Games, exchanges, program preparation and checklist, conducting audits  

 

Evaluation:

Continuous assessment and final written exam.

Participants must be present throughout the course duration.
